We treat patients across Vaughan and York Region from three locations. Our original clinic on Weston Road in Woodbridge opened in September 2024 in Vellore Village. We expanded into Thornhill at Steeles and Bathurst, and in Richmond Hill (opens Aug 1) on Yonge Street inside WELL Health Medical Centres, where our physiotherapists work alongside on-site family physicians for coordinated care. What to Expect on Your First Visit
Your first appointment runs about an hour. We start with a thorough assessment, going through your history, current symptoms, and how your condition is actually affecting your daily life. Then we move into a physical examination: range of motion, strength, joint mobility, and movement patterns specific to your concern.
By the end of the first session, you’ll know what’s going on, what we recommend for treatment, and roughly how many visits we expect. Most patients leave their first appointment with hands-on treatment already started and a small set of exercises to begin at home.
No referral is required to book. Direct billing is available for most major insurance providers.
