Insurance Direct Billing
We are pleased to offer direct billing for the majority of Extended Health Insurance Companies, as well as Auto Insurance Companies. The availability of direct billing depends on your specific policy and the insurance company’s capabilities. Some companies may not permit or offer direct billing for their insured members. When we bill directly, you are responsible for any deductibles or co-payment amounts, which are collected after your visit.
No problem! If we cannot bill your insurance policy directly, you will pay for the treatment upfront. We will provide you with all the necessary receipts and documentation to submit your claim for reimbursement. The reimbursement amounts are determined by your policy.

Don’t see your insurance company listed? Give us a call at 647-946-1611, and we can confirm if we can bill them directly.
To find out if your extended health insurance covers your treatments, check with:
- Your employer (typically the Human Resources department)
- The employee benefits booklet provided by your employer
- Your insurance company directly by phone
- Your insurance company’s website
Specifically, you’ll want to know:
- Is the service (physiotherapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, orthotics, registered massage therapy, nutritionist, naturopathic) covered?
- What is the annual dollar amount covered?
- What percentage of each treatment is covered?
- Where to retrieve the claim form?
Please note, our clinic does not bill your insurance company directly unless you are covered 100% and have assignable benefits.
